Primary School Teacher (Mathematics & English)

Number of positions: 2

Mode: Part-time/ Full-time

Salary: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and teach the English and/or Mathematics curriculum for K to 6 at Realus Education.
Prepare, plan and deliver related learning activities following our curriculum.
Create and maintain an engaging learning environment that promotes the moral, social-emotional and intellectual growth for our students whereas ensuring the highest quality of delivery at all times.
Mark assignments and handle students’ enquiries/requests after class.
Develop trusting relationships with parents and our learning advisors, collecting their feedback through regular and effective communications.
Work with other teaching partners in conducting ongoing curriculum review and revising the learning materials from time to time.
Play an active role, accomplishing all the tasks assigned by your supervisor(s).

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written English and Chinese communication skills
Able to conduct an interactive class in English
Motivated, proactive and positive team player and problem solver
A strong sense of responsibility, with a commitment to a long-term career
Passionate about teaching and care about students
Attentive to details and striving for excellence, with a growth-mindset looking to continually improve
Prior K-6 teaching experience will be advantage
Available to teach over weekends
Understanding of the Australian education system will be an edge (i.e. Australia educated)

Primary School Curriculum Developer (Mathematics & English)

Develop the English and/or Mathematics curriculum and its learning materials for K to 6 English and Mathematics at Realus Education.
Develop interesting and interactive learning materials based on our curriculum
Liaise with our graphic designers, pulling together user-friendly and student-oriented engaging learning kits.
Work closely with teachers and our learning advisors, responsible for collecting and collating students’ feedback.
Play an active role, accomplishing all the tasks assigned by your supervisor(s).
